What the Service Provides

mp3intomidi.com provides browser-based tools for tasks such as transcribing supported audio into MIDI and rendering MIDI into MP3.

The current public conversion tools are free to use, require no account, and require no payment. File processing is designed to happen locally in your browser rather than through a server-side conversion queue.

Your Files and Your Rights

You keep your rights to files and music you use with the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights or permission needed to process, transcribe, convert, download, or reuse the material you provide.

Changing a file format does not remove copyright or other legal restrictions that may apply to a composition, recording, performance, video, or arrangement.

The service does not grant you rights to third-party material.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Infringe copyright, privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Local Processing and Technical Limits

Conversion results depend on your browser, device resources, source material, supported formats, and the capabilities of the transcription or rendering software.

Current tools may enforce practical limits such as file-size or duration limits. A browser may also fail to decode a particular codec or complete a resource-intensive conversion.

We may change supported formats, limits, models, renderers, or other technical details as the product evolves.

Conversion Accuracy and Output

Automatic audio transcription is not guaranteed to produce a perfect musical score. It may miss notes, add extra notes, or interpret timing differently from a human transcriber.

MIDI-to-audio rendering may sound different from your DAW because a normal MIDI file does not contain the exact plugins, presets, samples, effects, or production environment used in the original project.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it for publication, performance, professional production, or other important uses.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, browser, file, or third-party format.

Intellectual Property

The website, its original interface, code, branding, and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Open-source libraries, models, codecs, and other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every conversion will be accurate, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or compatible with every workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
